Een nacht laten weken.<br \/>\nDe volgende ochtend het meel, de olie, het zout en de honing toevoegen en goed roeren, is het wat te droog,dan een beetje water erbij.<br \/>\nDrie tot vier uren laten staan. De bakpoeder toevoegen en nogmaals goed roeren.<br \/>\nOverdoen in een cakeblik dat ingevet is en met roggezemelen of b.v. havermout is bestoven.<br \/>\nHet cakeblik in aluminiumfolie inpakken zodat het luchtdicht is afgesloten.<br \/>\nBakken in het midden van de oven bij ten hoogste 125 graden gedurende 2 uur.<br \/>\nOven uitdoen en het roggebrood nog 2-4 uur in de gesloten oven laten afkoelen.<br \/>\nDe vorm met het brood op z&#8217;n kop op een rooster zetten. Als het brood niet dadelijk lost, zal het er na een poosje uitvallen (krimp).<\/p>\n<p>Dit is echt &#8220;slowfood&#8221;!!!!!!!
